MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
- Gaudet Luce is unable to suspend membership for injury or compensate for sudden death. We are happy to provide documentation to reimburse membership payment should a member have a golf insurance policy.
- Gaudet Luce has the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time.
- If a member wishes to move to a monthly membership category, an admin fee of £150 will be applicable and must be paid on the date of movement.
- Annual traditional memberships are paid in one payment on the day of joining alongside your Union and Capitation fees.
- Union Fees are collected on behalf of England Golf & Worcestershire Union of Golf Clubs. A Capitation Fee of £10 is collected on behalf of the member's side of the club.
- Any outstanding monies on the Levy Account will be lost upon failure of payment on the membership renewal date
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
- If you are under 14, you won’t have the ability to book online just yet but don’t worry, you or your parent/carer can give us a call on 01905 796375 to book in your tee times.
- If you are over 14, please ask your parent/carer to get in touch with us via golfshop@gaudet-luce.co.uk and we will enable your online booking account.
- All juniors under 12 must have an adult present when playing the course.

UTOPIAN MEMBERSHIP
- Points are taken from your total on booking, please ensure you call Pro Shop to cancel bookings in advance. Points will not be reimbursed if you fail to do so.
- Utopian points are charged at different rates depending on the day and time you are playing and whether you are playing 18 holes or 9 holes. Please ensure that you make the Pro Shop aware if you are only playing 9 holes as this will impact your points.
- Points packages last up to 5 years if annual fees such as Administration Fee, Union Fee and Capitation Fee are paid. Failure to pay these will result in suspension.
- Union Fees are collected on behalf of England Golf & Worcestershire Union of Golf Club.
- Capitation Fee of £10 is collected on behalf of the members side of the club.
- Utopian Membership is subject to a £25 Annual Administration Fee which must be paid annually.
- Failure to pay annual fees within 30 days of due date will result in the loss of any points on your account.
- Any outstanding monies on Levy Account will be lost upon failure of payment on membership renewal date.
- Utopian points cannot be refunded and are non-transferable. We do not provide sickness cover for any type of membership or offer suspension of membership due to injury or illness. If you would like to be covered by Insurance should this happen, please contact us at golfshop@gaudet-luce.co.uk to speak about GolfPlan Insurance for £28 per annum.
- Utopian Members cannot make use of reciprocal arrangements made with other clubs.
- If playing in Away Matches for the club, Utopian Members are subject to points usage.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
- Monthly memberships are not pro-rata.
- Monthly membership works on a recurring monthly Direct Debit. If you decide that you wish to cancel your membership, then you may do so with 1 months’ notice.
- The first months’ payment is taken on the day of joining along with a £150 joining fee and any Union and Capitation Fees. Subsequent payments are taken on or around 1st of the month by Direct Debit.
- If you decide to end your membership and re-join at a later date as a monthly member once again, you will be subject to paying the £150 admin joining fee.
- Members paying by direct debit are required to notify the club with 30-day notice of cancellation. It is your responsibility to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank. Gaudet Luce will not be responsible.
