Over the past couple of years, we have worked very hard to bring together golf and technology in a way that would benefit all our members across the site and allow them to become the golfer they aspire to be at the touch of a few buttons.
Below you will find information regarding our apps and our website.
Members Account
Your Elite Live Account is your hub for all things to do with your membership here at Gaudet Luce, setting this up is very easy and should only take a few minutes.
Once registered, you will be able to do the
following from your account:
- Make bookings for either the Phoenix course or the Hadzor course, including FootGolf & DiskGolf bookings
- Top up your Levy online without leaving your home
- For Utopian members, you are able to top up your Utopian points online
- Pay your Subs and Union Fees online
- View your booking history
Your account can be accessed either through the Elite Live app which can be downloaded below, or please find the ‘BOOK A TEE TIME’ button at the top right corner of our website or alternatively, the Gaudet Luce CourseMate Members App.
Elitelive
The Elite Live app has been created with your online Member Hub in mind, this app will allow you to instantly access:
- Promotions and Green Fee deals
- Make bookings online in just a few clicks
- View all your Booking History
- Pay your subs
- Top up your levy or Utopian points and more!
Coursemate Members App
This app will allow you to access your Elite Live Account via the ‘Book A Tee Time’ tab on the app, and you are able to link this to your ‘HowDidIDo’ account for handicaps and competition information.
You will also find a course guide with an interactive scorecard with an ‘events’ tab so that you can keep up to date with any events.
There’s no need to call us to cancel your tee time, just simply message us through the app, and don’t forget to enable notifications in case you need a last-minute tee time!
